Hi Kriti, Try the receipe "Rice + pasi paruppu (Moong dal)" Kanji., Prepare at home in advance the kanji powder., Prep method : Soak the rice alone for few hours, dry it completely (this might take a day) and roast it separately, then roast 1/4th of Moong dal separately., Grind and sieve those to a fine texture and store it in a dabba, Whenever needed , mix 1 glass of water and 2 small spoons of powder and boil for 3 to 5 minutes., This porridge is an easy option, without missing protein in the meal. Easy to digest as well.

6 months la baby eats very less, they still need to drink milk. If you force more solids milk consumption will go down. The size of the stomach is the size of their fist. Also don't need to grind everything to a mush, there is 0 texture that will also put them off

Sis, my baby is 8mnth old now... When he crossed 6months doctor advised me to give 5meals a day.. nd he never askd me to repeat the food twice or thrice nd so i nevr did.. but he mentioned that any of the symptoms like allergy or vomiting happens aftr giving a meal then tht food shouldn't be given.. but diarrhoea is common nothing to worry about it.. let me tell u wht i introduced each month to the baby as per the doctor's advice. 6month Idli+coconut chutney Rice smashed with one particular vegies at a time with parupu few cumin, 1small garlic, 1 small shallot, ghee, salt, pepper Veggies- carrot, beetroot, potato, pumpkin, bottle gourd, sweet potato, marchini kilangu Fruits-matti pazham, rasakathili, apple Curd on every day( nit refrigerated) 7months Fruits: along with the above guava smashed(it's ok if the seeds half smashed nothing happens with the baby) papya, watermelon, pineapple (give him the juice alone) I also gave mango, jackfruit once(but jackfruit made him sick so stopped giving) Vegetable: add keera(daily) beans 8th month Strtd tryng everything like red banana, yethampaxham, orange, grapes( be in limit if they r sour) Veggies: Chow chow, Dosa, idiyappam Towards the end of this month I strted giving our food a little bit... As i add pepper ,weekly i try to increase the amount of spicy a little bit nd now he has strted eating it but still he feels rhe spicy but ut can be changed within a month

My baby doesn't like Cerelac fruit flavour so go with Rice or veggies flavour but not for daily use occasionally when you're travelling, and you can make rice powder (dry roast and powder)and carry with you, you can easliy make rice porridge with the little kettle. You can make Always carry Nendran or Red banana with you for easy food. If Possible carry a small electric rice cooker or a kettle. Don't add sweet or salt till 1 year
